Pre Games:Sound Tigers.vs.Charlotte/Manchester/Binghamton

It will be a busy weekend for the Sound Tigers, as they play Friday at 7pm against the Charlotte Checkers, Saturday at 7pm against the Manchester Monarchs, and Sunday at 6pm when they take on the Binghamton Senators.

Bridgeport Sound Tigers.vs.Charlotte Checkers:
The Sound Tigers will be looking for some revenge tonight as they go against the Charlotte Checkers for the second time in three days. It is also the last time these two teams will play this season. Looks like Nathan Lawson will start in goal tonight for Bridgeport. We will also see the pro debut of New York Islanders 2nd round pick in 2008 Aaron Ness, He will be wearing number 27. They will also get another boost as Dylan Reese and Tomas Marcinko will both be in tonight. Look for some tempers to flare tonight as the last game was a rough one. If Pogge plays in goal for Charlotte, it could add to things as well. Bridgeport Sound Tigers.vs.Manchester Monarchs:
Two teams going in opposite directions, thats how you can describe this one. Manchester is second in the AHL in points and leading the Atlantic division with 90 points while the Sound Tigers are dead last in the league with only 53 points. Coming into Friday the Monarchs are on a three game winning streak lead by there leading scorer Bud Holloway. The last time these two teams met, the Monarchs walked all over the Sound Tigers beating them handily 7-0. The Sound Tigers look to get back with a win on Saturday. Bridgeport Sound Tigers.vs.Binghamton Senators:
NOTE:Game time has change from 3pm to 6pm due to Fairfield Stags Basketball.
Binghamton is in a battle for a playoff spot and will becoming at the Sound Tigers with everything they have. With 75 points they currently sit in fifth place in their division, six points behind the Norfolk Admirals for forth place. A player having yet another outstanding season is Corey Locke, who is not only leading the Senators in points but leading the league as well with 76 points. The player closest to him is Andre Benoit who has 45 points. The Sound Tigers will need to find a way to shut him down. This will be the first meeting of the year between these two teams. Here's a video of a goal by Locke from a couple years ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1LaAFyQOL0
